PAYMENT

The Wardrobe accepts payment through Paypal only. This is the safest and most secure way for payments to be made. Any information given to The Wardrobe regarding payment will not be used for any other purposes than transactions directly between the wardrobe and the individual and will not be shared.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Due to the second-hand nature and low-cost of our products we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our items. We are more than happy to disclose any faults with our garments and provide any additional information you may like prior to purchasing. Once a payment has been received, your order will be shipped and we cannot refund.

Our costs for shipping are as follows:

We also offer a Free Pick-up service. By entering a code upon checking out an order, you agree to our "pick up" Policy.

FREE PICK-UP POLICY

We allow up to ONE WEEK for picking up purchases made using our 'free pick-up' code. After one week has lapsed, if the purchased product has not been picked up it will be put back up on the site for sale and no refund will be given.
